I have been in clinical trials for about 3 years and have used many different companies across many different studies. RDRP has always been my favorite. It is such a personalized connection and makes problem solving and communication a priority. Pauline and Harriet, who I have been fortunate enough to work with, have always been kind and attentive, and I cherish the relationship with them that RDRP has been able to provide. They really are our superheroes at our site; they are easy to connect with and quick to reply. I have truly enjoyed building a professional and personal connection with them both. Most of the time I don’t even realize the vast time difference, because the turnaround on pending action items is so quick. Furthermore, the after-hours line for RDRP has also served me well as a CCRC.
